What differentiates most other companies in the 401(k) matching is our matching as well as employee’s contribution is vested 100 % from day one. We do not believe that deferred vesting is a means of retaining employees like most companies do. Paid vacation

Employees are entitled for 14 days of paid vacation in every calendar year in addition to the public holidays that are observed at the place of work of the consultant.
